If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivered date.
Please note: Items can be exchanged no more than once. The time frame for this must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
We offer a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on our jewelry. The warranty will become void if the item has been subject to misuse or altered by anyone who is not an authorized M&Y woonderland representative.
Our dedicated Quality Assurance team carefully inspects every item before shipping. In the rare event an item has a defect, please contact a customer service representative at [email protected], so that we can rectify the situation. M&Y woonderland reserves the right to void the warranty on any item showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals. M&Y woonderland is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. For repair, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back and forth. If the size and style required to be exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the back and forth shipping fee. When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed. All M&Y woonderland items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-12 working days. Our top priority is the safety of our customers and team members. In light of current uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization guidelines, and doing everything in our power to ensure that all health and hygiene standards are adhered to:

2. Before being shipped, all of our jewelry receives an extensive cleaning up.
3. Upon receipt of a return, each piece is disinfected by an in-house member of our team.
4. All international travel, all unnecessary domestic travel, and all large company gatherings are eliminated.
5. Self-quarantines for anyone who has traveled to the CDC’s outlined high-risk countries are required.
